Mini Stage Experience – MAKE A MUSICAL Week
Enjoy dancing, acting and singing?
Aged 7 to 14 years old?
Then come and join us for Mini Stage Experience during the February half term
Our second Mini Stage Experience will provide young people with an opportunity for learning and developing the skills of dancing, acting and singing and will conclude with a showcase performance on stage at the Grand Opera House York.
We will create characters and a story inspired by classic songs from Disney and put them together in a unique performance of song, dance and drama over four and a half days. Mini Stage Experience will be led by skilled theatre practitioners.
Mini Stage Experience – MAKE A MUSICAL Week will run from Monday 15 to Friday 19 February (Mon-Thurs 10.30am to 4pm, Fri 10.30am to 1pm, showcase performance at 12noon)
To participate you must be aged from 7 to 14 on January 1 2010, no experience is necessary. There are 25 places available on a first come first served basis, places guaranteed by payment of £75 per child. Please complete and return a booking form with payment.
Please wear suitable clothing and footwear for dance/drama activities, you may be asked to provide basic items from your wardrobe for costume for the showcase performance. Please bring a packed lunch and plenty to drink every day.
